"The pose begins when you want to leave it."
Shikha has been teaching yoga for over five years, with a deep passion for vinyasa yoga and the mindful connection of breath and movement. Her teaching style balances flow with precision - encouraging students to build a strong foundation through alignment, while inviting them to drop into each pose and savour its uniqueness.
She is especially excited about guiding beginners, creating a safe and welcoming space for them to discover the focus, calm, and grounding that yoga brings.
Beyond the studio, Shikha is also a yoga retreat facilitator. She holds annual retreats that bring people together for a wholesome experience of yoga, nourishing food, and supportive community - offering space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect. Her heartfelt intention is to share yoga in a way that touches lives and brings balance to body, mind, and spirit.
Each class is thoughtfully structured to honour your body's wisdom. All levels welcome — props are always available and modifications offered throughout.
